I love Chilli paneer dish which is one of my favorite recipe. I would like to share hot and spicy vegetable chilli paneer recipe within less time. You can prepare paneer chilli dry or gravy recipe at anytime else within 25mins. It is best to have with rice veg or non veg. This chilli paneer dry dish is good to have it as appetizer also. You can easily chilli paneer dry and chilli paneer gravy using little bit water. Chilly recipe is just like a non veg dish for the vegetarians. You can take this dish as a starter with your meal. Chilly Paneer can also be served along with roti or fried rice. Try to avoid more oil in your food to keep healthy yourself. I will show how to cook Chilli panner recipe with less oil easily. Ingredients
- 1. 250gm Paneer
- 2. 2-3 tablespoon cooking oil
- 3. Green capsicum chopped
- 4. 1 onion chopped large size
- 5. ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 6. 1 small beet chopped
- 7. 1 carrot (gajar) chopped
- 8. 1 tablespoon Corn flour powder
- 9. 1 tomato chopped
- 10. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds (jeera) powder
- 11. 1 teaspoon turmeric (haldi) power
- 12. 1 teaspoon chilli (michi) powder
- 13. 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 14. 1-2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 15. 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 16. 2 green chilli slit
- 17. 1 inch ginger paste
- 18. 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 19. Coriander leaves sliced
Instructions
- Slice the panner in square size. Keep aside in a bowl.
- Heat the pan with 1 -2 cup of water. Add panner into the pan and boil it for 5 mins on medium flame because panner wouldn’t break into piece when we cook. After boiled well take out the panner and keep aside.
- Heat the same pan again with 2 tablespoon oil and add slit green chilli and ginger paste, turmeric (haldi) power into the pan. Stir it for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
- Add in chopped onions, carrots, beet, green capsicum, tomatoes and salt as per the taste. Mix it well and cover it with a lid properly.
- Check all vegetables, it turns to soft or not. After boiled all mix vegetables well add corn flour powder, cumin seeds (jeera) powder, chilli (michi) powder, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce. and stir it well.
- Add panner and cook it 2 minutes. Lastly add garam masala, few coriander leaves into the pan. If you want gravy in your veg panner chilli recipe, you can add 1 cup water into the pan. Otherwise no need water for dry vegetable chilli paneer.
- Now switch off the flame and serve with garnished coriander leaves sliced. Enjoy hot vegetable chilli paneer dish with rice or roti.

How To Make Vegetable Chilli Paneer Recipe Dish Step By Step
